These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services offered by Mindful Spaces through our Site, [mindfulspaces.com.au], including courses, digital downloads, physical products, and any other content or services. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use the Services.  

1. Use of the Site and Services

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services. By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

b. Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site and Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or Services.

a. Ownership: The Site and Services, and all content and materials included on the Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of Mindful Spaces or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  

b. Limited License: Mindful Spaces grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content or materials from the Site or Services without the express written permission of Mindful Spaces.

a. Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Site and Services, including any applicable taxes.

b. Refunds: Refund policies for specific products and services are outlined on the relevant product or service pages. Please review these policies before making a purchase.

The materials on the Site are provided “as is.” Mindful Spaces makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.  

Further, Mindful Spaces does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

  1. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Site and Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Mindful Spaces does not warrant that any of the materials on the Site and Services are accurate, complete, or current. Mindful Spaces may make changes to the materials contained on the Site and Services at any time without notice. However, Mindful Spaces does not make any commitment to update the materials.
